Important Notice: Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) Funding Update

As previously communicated in the prior three notices, the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) funding was uncertain, and the last month of full funding was April 2024.

What This Means for You:

  • No ACP Discount: Unfortunately, ACP has not been funded. Starting June 1st, your ACP Discount will no longer apply to your wireless bill.
  • Complimentary Service Until June 19th: As a valued Clear Wireless customer, we will provide free service until June 19th, 2024.
  • Plan Change: Your plan has been switched to our lowest available prepaid plan.

Next Steps:

  • Service Continuation: If you do not choose to continue as a paid customer by 9 PM CST on Tuesday, June 18th, your service will be disconnected on June 19th, 2024.
  • Porting Your Number: If disconnected, you will not be able to port your current phone number to a new provider. You can port your number to another provider at any time before June 19th, 2024.

If you wish to continue service with Clear Wireless, please choose from one of the following plans:

  • Clear Flex 1GB - $20 (Plus Tax and Fees):
    • 1GB of High-Speed Data
    • Unlimited data at 128kbps speeds
    • Unlimited Talk and Text
    • Enroll Now
  • Clear Flex 5GB - $30 (Plus Tax and Fees):
    • 5GB of High-Speed Data
    • Unlimited data at 128kbps speeds
    • Unlimited Talk and Text
    • Enroll Now
  • Clear Flex 10GB - $40 (Plus Tax and Fees):
    • 10GB of High-Speed Data
    • Unlimited data at 128kbps speeds
    • Unlimited Talk and Text
    • Enroll Now
  • Clear Flex 15GB - $75 (Plus Tax and Fees):
    • 15GB of High-Speed Data
    • Unlimited data at 128kbps speeds
    • Unlimited Talk and Text
    • Enroll Now

Note: All plans will incur a $5.00 opt-out fee if you choose not to enroll in auto pay. This fee will be credited back when you enroll in auto pay.
